This book should be in every pre-school class room. Illustrations are vivid and well done. Children will love the clever nature of the book and the rhyming words. It is a wonderful book that encourages children to read independently.

I smiled as I read Alphey Loves Letters; my five year old daughter is incredibly eager to learn to read and notices words everywhere. She will probably be just like Alphey -- reading words anywhere she can find them. Alphey Loves Letters realistically portrays the inquisitive, enthusiastic nature of children and encourages a love of reading. Children will happily relate to Alphey and perhaps be motivated to go find letters and words. Happy reading!

I truly enjoyed the Alphey Loves Letters book! So did my four year old daughter, Emma. As I started reading, I found she jumped right in and identifying letters, sounding out words, and associating them with the pictures.
We had discussions about biodegradable and the difference between frog and toads, which led us to reading another book – Frog and Toad are friends (one of my childhood favorites)!
Alphey is clever, creative, and provides a great framework for parents, teachers, grandparents and other caregivers. I’m a huge advocate for edutainment!
